Your responsibilities
- Asset Production: Collaborate with creative teams to supervise the production of digital assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, quality standards, and campaign goals.
- Campaign calendar oversight: Monitor the media content calendar to ensure campaigns launch on schedule, verifying that all the assets are published as planned and align with campaign timelines and objectives.
- Campaign Proofing: Review campaigns across platforms to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications before launch.
- Social Media Copywriting: Assist in creating engaging, on-brand copy for social media posts across various platforms.
- Campaign Link Generation: Create and manage tracking links (using UTM parameters or other tracking systems) for digital marketing campaigns to monitor and analyze traffic sources, ensuring accurate performance reporting across various platforms.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Support the gathering and archiving of data.
- Preparation of Campaign Settlement Package: Compile comprehensive settlement packages for campaigns, including cost breakdowns, performance metrics, invoices, and necessary documentation, to facilitate accurate and timely reconciliation and reporting.
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, asset management, or project coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and very good organizational skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4) and ad platforms (Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, Ceneo Ads experience is a plus).
- Previous experience in budgeting or financial tracking within a marketing environment.
