Digital Workplace Engineer (2nd Line)

Your responsibilities

• Be accountable for device image deployment and maintenance

• Manage support Incident and Service request escalations from IAG Transform teams, liaising with third parties and the business to resolve issues where required

• Resolve tickets for Change and problem management

• Ensure up-to-date documentation of DWP services, configurations, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and team collaboration

• EUC support for IAG Transform users in Krakow Poland

• Installation of OS along with necessary software’s for the end user’s devices based on the tickets

• Familiarity of service now as our ITSM tool of choice

• Managing the physical asset inventory and stocks in Krakow office

• Coordinating with different teams within Digital Workplace based on the issue.

• Identify as a service improvement and implement with approval from Management

• Printer Management Support

• Meeting room Smart hub support

• Supporting the wider team who work in various office locations throughout Europe

• Very occasional travel to alternate sites will be required such as Barcelona, Madrid and London

• Ability to work as a team player within the Digital workplace and third party suppliers

• Report to and work closely with the Digital Employee Experience Lead

Employer requirements

• 2-3 years experience minimum working within a large scale enterprise

• Ability to manage print solutions such as Papercut/Ricoh Streamline/Lexmark

• Confident performing desktop and laptop hardware repairs, A+ qualification would be an advantage

• Knowledge of working with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune platforms for device management

• Ability to manage and deploy corporate mobile phones using MDM tool of choice, Microsoft intune.

• MD-102 Microsoft Endpoint Administrator and MS-102 Microsoft 365 Administrator would be a bonus
