What will you do:
Ensure the quality of team artifacts.
Contribute to defining the QA strategy for the team.
Automate delivery processes.
Monitor and improve API quality.
Collaborate with the team on quality assurance.
Self-organize work.
Our requirements:
At least 3 year experience in QA Lead/Test Automation Engineer or similar role
Participate in refining acceptance criteria together with business to maximize test coverage
Support and coach the team to integrate quality in all they do (unit tests, user story writing, tests automation)
Contribute relentlessly to quality improvements in your team: solution design, workflow, monitoring
Practical knowledge of any programming language, preferably in scripting language area
Ability to build and maintain custom Test Automation Frameworks
Understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques and Built-In-Quality
Not only know how to create test cases but also how to anticipate what is needed to execute them
Practical knowledge of working with REST APIs (incl. extensive test automation experience)
Experience with Git
Understand the operation of IT systems and how the communication between the mobile applications and the backend as well as external systems works
An assertive, pro-active person who thinks analytically
Detail oriented with good time management skills and ability to fit in a fast paced agile environment
Experience working in agile development environment
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Ruby (our test automation framework is built on it)
Practical knowledge of Docker and Test Automation Setup integration in CI/CD pipelines
Contribution to open-source projects, and personal GitHub projects
Experience operating large-scale, distributed, business-critical systems.
Very good understanding of Version Control, Docker, Cloud, CI/CD, administration and internals
Practical knowledge of KIBANA, JIRA, XRAY(JIRA PLUGIN for execution tests)
Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Experience with BDD
