As a Junior Test Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leading bank and financial institution offering a wide range of services to individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. Your role will involve participating in testing processes that ensure the highest quality of delivered solutions. You will work in an Agile environment, closely collaborating with an experienced team of testers, developers, and analysts. This position will allow you to gain hands-on experience, develop your technical skills, and have a real impact on the quality of banking products.
Your main responsibilities:
Designing and implementing test scenarios
Creating test data using testing tools
Collaborating with the project team in Agile and SCRUM methodology
Performing manual tests and supporting automated tests
Reporting and documenting test results
Analyzing reported issues and supporting their resolution
You are a perfect fit for this role if you:
Have 1–2 years of experience in software testing
Know basic testing techniques and can apply them in practice
Can design and implement test scenarios
Are familiar with tools supporting testing
Know the SCRUM methodology and have experience working in Agile
Can collaborate effectively within a team
It will be a strong advantage if you have:
Knowledge of banking processes
Experience in integration testing
Experience in credit processes
