Pełny opis

Responsibilities: 

  • Support for Product Owners: Assist with backlog management, prioritization, and communication. 

  • Reviewing IT Tickets: Provide operational support and quality assurance for issue resolution. 

  • Drafting Presentations & Communication: Prepare materials for stakeholder engagement and reporting. 

  • Knowledge Base (KB) Management: Create and update documentation to support knowledge sharing. 

  • Agile Facilitation: Lead selected Scrum ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, retrospectives) under guidance. 

  • Program Support: Assist AI Program Manager and Transformation PM with coordination tasks. 

  • User Feedback Gathering: Collect and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement. 

Here's what you'll need

  • Basic understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices. 

  • Strong communication and organizational skills. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. 

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken). 

  • Familiarity with IT tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus. 

Nice to have: 

  • Interest in AI technologies and digital transformation. 

  • Experience in preparing presentations and documentation.
