EXPECTED COMPETENCES AND KNOWLEDGE:
Basic knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in data
Good communication skills, with the ability to explain IAM concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with access control systems or tools (e.g., SailPoint IIQ) is a plus
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Assist in managing user accounts, roles, and access rights across systems
Support the administration and monitoring of IAM systems
Collaborate with application owners and managers to gather documentation and access data
Perform data analysis and compare access information with IAM system data (e.g., SailPoint IIQ)
Help detect and resolve discrepancies between target application data and IAM data
Document evidence and support internal and external audits
Contribute to improving IAM processes and workflows
