We are a Tricity software house headquartered in Gdynia. Jit Team builds agile teams of IT specialists tailored to the needs of clients. We support our partners in growing their business by delivering the highest quality software. As an entry-level Developer you will:

work closely with Experts in your chosen technology in the development of business applications
have access to a group of Mentors - our best and most experienced Employees
develop applications according to best practices, from code writing, through testing, to implementation

Your advantages

Basic knowledge of Java or Frontend (TypeScript, React)
Experience working with AI tools for programming (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT)
University degree - you can be a final-year student (preferred majors: IT and related)
Knowledge of English on an intermediate level (min. B2)
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Communication skills and commitment
Willingness to learn quickly
