JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in responding to queries ensuring timely and accurate support
Works with internal partners to help resolve routine issues and escalate more complex matters to senior team members
Maintains and updates standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Processes and manages data and documentation accurately in relevant systems, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks
Participates in process improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience
Ensures data integrity and confidentiality in all HR-related activities
Supports project activities and collaborates with team members to achieve departmental objectives
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS:
Graduating in June 2027 to December 2027, from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Fluency in English
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Governance, Law, Accounting, Audit or similar
Relevant experience within the financial industry
