What this position is about - Purpose:
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role focuses on web analytics and data analysis to optimize website performance, enhance user experience, and support marketing and product initiatives. The analyst will create detailed reports and visualizations, identify trends and patterns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven strategies are effectively implemented. The ultimate goal is to leverage data to improve business outcomes and support the company's growth objectives
What will you do - Responsibilities:
Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources, including web analytics, databases, and CRM systems
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms. Provide insights to optimize website performance, user experience, and marketing campaigns
Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders
Create clear and compelling data visualizations to present complex data in an understandable manner
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validation
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable recommendations
Work closely with internal Brand, Consumer Activation, Sales, Finance, Legal HQ/ DBU and IT teams, as well as with 3rd parties, digital agencies, web and software developers who contribute to aligned KPIs
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
University degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Min. 2 years of experience in data analysis, web analytics, or a related role
English - very good (both verbal and written)
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
