We are looking for an Support Technician!
For our client providing technology services for the aviation industry, we are looking for an End User Support Technician to work onsite at the office in Katowice.
Key responsibilities
Managing escalations and handling incidents, requests, and problems
Tracking and resolving service calls and cases
Incident detection, investigation, and closure
Providing general user assistance, including hardware, OS, and mobile issues (iOS, Android)
Supporting Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) systems and video conference solutions (Polycom, Cisco TEAMS)
Asset management, including procurement, inventory handling, and annual asset checks
Coordinating service outages and onboarding new employees (hardware setup, IT training)
Collaborating with local partners for workstation and network maintenance
Ideal candidate profile
Experience in end user support or IT helpdesk role
Language requirement: Proficiency in English (min.B2)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage incidents efficiently
Knowledge of hardware, software, and mobile device troubleshooting
Experience with asset management and IT procurement is a plus
