Within our Developer Portal team, we are seeking a Business Analyst Intern with a strong enthusiasm for the Open API world. The position reports to the Director of Product Management API, and holds primary accountability for data accuracy, reporting, and exposure of new content for our consumers. Location: Warsaw Duration: 6 months    

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The key responsibilities of the API Business Analyst Intern include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting the day-to-day functions, processes, and documentation

• Contribute to adding new API-related content delivered by Kyriba teams on our Developer Portal

• Support the growth of our activities by automating and reducing the time spent on recurring tasks

• Work closely with internal API-related teams (engineering, marketing, pre-sales, support…), collect feedback and share information with stakeholders

• Assist API consumers in their day-to-day usage of Kyriba APIs and enhance their Developer Experience

• Participate on strategic projects to specifications of use-cases with external developers

Required Skills:

• Experience of designing, programming, testing, or supporting open APIs

• Technical savvy, experience many of the following:  cURL, Postman, swagger-ui, Spectral, Python/Jupiter Notebook, shell, html, markdown, css, Excel  …

• Ability to learn quickly on the job and work independently

• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills

• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

• Completed a bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field

The API Business Analyst Intern should be a team player, quick learner, and capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with colleagues at all management levels.
