- Participate in transition of Travel & Expenses process to Warsaw
- Help stabilizing new processes, draft instructions and find improvements
- Process invoices & travel expenses claims
- Follow-up on invoices status and inform relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure the Group's accounting procedures and principles implementation
- If applicable, take part in the implementation of projects.

- Good command of English. Working proficiency in French or Spanish language will be an advantage.
