Responsibilities:
•Accurately process customer orders into the company's order management system
•Ensure all order details, pricing, and customer information are entered correctly
•Collaborate with customers and internal teams to clarify any order-related queries
•Communicate effectively with Sales, Customer Support, and other relevant departments as needed•Address and resolve order-related issues promptly and efficiently
•Collaborate with the Local Sales Support team to ensure seamless coordination in the order entry process
Requirements:
•Secondary/higher education•Field of study: Business Administration, Sales or related field
•Good English skills (verbal and written – B2 or higher)
•Min. 1 - 2 years of work experience in the field of sales or administration
•Skilled in MS Office package (Excel)•Good knowledge of SAP SD preferred•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
•Analytical skills
