Junior Customer Service Specialist with German

YOUR ROLE AND MAIN TASKS:

The goal of the Position: 

Your goal will be the professional handling of inquiries from our German customers via email, phone, and live chat.

Daily tasks of the position:

• Professionally handling inquiries from German-speaking customers via email, phone, and live chat.

• Providing information regarding order status, payments, as well as cancellation and return processes.

• Analyzing and resolving customer tickets in accordance with existing procedures.

• Cooperating with internal teams (e.g., payments, complaints, logistics) to find the best possible solution for the customer.

• Identifying recurring issues and reporting them to the relevant departments.

• Ensuring a high standard of customer service and building positive relationships with customers.

YOU WILL NEED:

Professional requirements for the candidate:

• Excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written – grammatical accuracy (min. level B2/C1).

• Willingness and passion for working with customers and handling phone calls.

• Positive attitude towards the world and people, customer-oriented mindset.

• Independence in resolving inquiries from start to finish.

• Ability to work in a team.

• Openness to working fixed hours in time slots 8–16, 10–18, 11–19, as well as working 2 weekends per month.
