Your role and main tasks

You are the first point of contact for our clients, providing support and guidance in their daily interactions with our services. Your role is to ensure a smooth customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions tailored to their needs. 

 

Daily tasks of the position: 

  • You are responsible for the professional acceptance and processing of inquiries from our German and Polish customers via email and telephone. 

  • You also work together with colleagues from other teams in the areas of payment, complaints and offers in -order to find the best possible solution for our customers. 

  • You are the contact person for our customers for queries regarding payment processing, order processing and cancellations/returns. 

You will need

Professional requirements for the candidate:

  • Very good German skills, both spoken and written - grammatically correct (min. B2 level) are a must .

  • Experience in customer service is an asset (preferably in the e-commerce sector).

Personal requirement for the candidate: 

  • Willingness and passion for working with customers. 

  • Customer inquiries are always dealt with extremely carefully and on an individual basis.

  • Positive attitude towards the world and people.

  • Independence in solving queries.  

  • Team-oriented approach.

  • Availability full time (40 hours per week) or  Part Time 20-30 hours per week and openness to work fixed hours within the time window of 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and also to work on weekends. 

* The work is remote, but the training will take place in our office in Wrocław  and the general process training will last five working days (Monday to Friday). After a period of time, a further visit of one or two days will be required for telephone training. This trip will be treated as a business trip and will be fully covered by us, including hotel costs.
