Your role and main tasks
The goal of the Position:
Supporting the Paid Social team in daily operational work by creating static ad formats, identifying sales potential of brands, and delivering analytical data.
Daily tasks of the position:
Daily review of upcoming campaigns in Limango and selecting brands/products with the highest potential for promotion in Social Media.
Monitoring the Meta and TikTok Ads Library to identify industry trends.
Updating performance tracking sheets.
Analyzing results and making decisions based on advertising performance.
Projects of the position:
Creating and maintaining a database of potential brands and products for promotion across DE/NL/PL markets.
Preparing a database of A/B tests for simple creatives (e.g., testing different background colors or frame styles around the product).
You will need
Professional requirements for the candidate:
Knowledge of the Social Media ecosystem: understanding which formats (Reels, Carousel, DPA) currently perform best on Facebook and Instagram.
Ability to create visually appealing graphics aligned with premium/fashion branding.
Ability to sort, filter, and work with basic formulas in data (e.g., identifying naming inconsistencies).
Personal requirements for the candidate:
Curiosity to understand why one product sells very well while another does not – drawing conclusions from reports.
Attention to detail (e.g., verifying whether the price shown in the graphic matches the price in the store).
