TASKS:
Personnel file administration: compiling, archiving, and organizing employee documentation.
Data entry into internal HR systems.
Preparation of HR reports.
Support for the HR Staff team in basic tasks related to the employee lifecycle.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Education:
Secondary education (students currently pursuing a degree in administration, HR, or management are welcome).
Skills and Competencies:
Ability to work with employee documentation and databases.
Accuracy and attention to detail – especially important when managing personnel files and preparing reports.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
