We are looking for an experienced MicroStrategy Specialist to support an existing on-premises BI platform and contribute to its future evolution.
This role is focused on hands-on MicroStrategy expertise combined with the ability to support and shape discussions around platform transition or replacement.
🔧 Your Responsibilities
Maintain and support the existing MicroStrategy (on-premises) environment
Work on reporting, data models, and performance optimization
Analyze current BI setup and identify improvement areas
Support transition or replacement initiatives from a conceptual perspective
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into BI solutions
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance of reports
Participate in discussions around future BI tools and architecture direction
🧠 What We’re Looking For
Strong hands-on experience with MicroStrategy (on-premises)
Good understanding of BI environments and data flows
Experience working with SQL and data warehouses
Ability to understand and discuss system changes or migrations
Experience in maintaining or supporting legacy BI platforms
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
➕ Nice to Have
Experience with BI platform migrations or upgrades
Exposure to modern BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Experience in enterprise environments (banking, telco, etc.)
