Our requirements
At least 3 years of KAM experience in FMCG sector
Experience with SM and HM chains
Commercial degree, preferably in sales or marketing
Proven track record of delivery topline and bottom-line results
Business development/sales management experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
P&L – financial acumen
Confidence to take decisions, exercise autonomy and have a strong bias for action
High level of resilience and problem solving
Synthesis of data and insight
Crisis management skills
Performance and growth mindset
Passionate about Tea
Fluent in spoken and written English
Outstanding MS Office Skills (Excel is a must)
Your responsibilities:
Manage, develop and maintain the relationship with the customers
Develop, implement, and optimize agreed customer strategy
Agree a joint customer business plan to meet business objectives
Proactive searching ways of sales channel development
Manage the customer P&L for the respective product category
Negotiate trade terms and trade funding
Work in close collaboration with the Category, Net Revenue Management as well as Marketing and Trade Marketing Departments for the category input, and banner/channel plan
