Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Technical Support Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in the fast-paced environment of technology and business integration, providing support to our clients and working with innovative solutions in an international setting.
Main Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for effective project implementations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on release management, compliance, and service desk operations.
Identify new opportunities for service improvement and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Provide first-line service desk support as needed, including availability for 24/7 support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field; candidates pursuing a Master’s degree are also welcome to apply.
1–2 years of relevant experience or equivalent academic background.
Familiarity with financial services software, APIs, and tools such as Postman.
Basic knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, C/C++, or VB.NET (preferred).
ITIL or PMP certifications are a plus.
Strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving.
