IT Recruiter Trainee with AI Development Focus

Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join Madiff as an IT Recruiter Trainee. This role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in IT recruitment while developing hands-on skills in artificial intelligence and automation. You will receive direct training and mentoring from experienced professionals, gain exposure to cutting-edge recruitment processes, and actively participate in building and optimising our AI recruitment tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting IT candidates for client projects
  

• Manage job postings and initial candidate communication
  

• Support scheduling and coordination of interviews
  

• Update and maintain recruitment data in ATS systems
  

• Learn and use AI-powered tools to streamline sourcing and candidate management
  

• Collaborate with the AI team to test and provide feedback on recruitment automation solutions
  

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing workshops
  

• Support other recruitment and HR activities as required
  

What You Will Learn:

• Full-cycle IT recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  

• Basic English required (additional languages are a plus)
