Key responsibilities
The role is responsible for driving Inland growth by effectively partnering with other departments to service the needs of existing and potential customers.
Carrier Haulage intermodal solutions and pricing:
Tender pricing
Pricing/Tariff maintenance
Charges alignment
Active promotion of our Inland service offerings across the organization and supporting the local intermodal plan:
Engaging with internal stakeholders
Enhancing our company's recognition among clients through participation in industry conferences, competitions, technical presentations, etc.
Shaping and driving marketing campaigns and promotions
Co-creating Business Development Strategy to drive growth and profitability of Inland services in NEC (North Europe Continent):
Taking lead on new projects related to Inland growth
Identifying and pursuing potential business opportunities by using available industry tools, exploring prospects within the company network, engaging with partners and building on relationships
Building business cases for new products with sourcing and delivery
Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract terms into operations
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree - desirably Transport, Logistics, Engineering, Business or Economics degree
Commercial mindset and knowledge of Inland transportation
Entrepreneurial spirit with the attitude to win in a complex market
Business acumen and strong understanding of intermodal and project operations
Proven sound business judgment
Energetic, positive mindset and attitude
Capability to manage complexity, while promoting simplification and pragmatic approach
Systematisms, consistency and persistency
MS Office know-how (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Financial and analytical thinking
Strong communications skills
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English and Polish (German is a bonus)
