Key responsibilities Within shipping and logistics pro-active communication and information flow towards our customers is the key in ensuring end-to-end connectivity and transparency.
• As our LCL Operations Associate -Poland, you will be responsible for a smooth end to end shipment process, both import and export. • You will monitor all outgoing and incoming Ocean transport orders for your assigned customers, answering customer requests via email or by phone. • Be the first point of contact for our customers what makes you the face (or voice) of the company. • You like to go the extra mile to make customers happy and build strong relationship with them. • Preparation of transport and customs documents. • Finding out-of-the box solutions that improve the supply chain of your customers. • Financial handling of shipments.

- You are fluent in Polish and advanced English
