Your role & responsibilities:
- Supporting the global team for HR Operations, Processes and HR IT in projects and ongoing tasks related to global HR IT systems and processes
- Support for global HR IT projects such as the introduction of SuccessFactors and PeopleDoc
- Creation of HR process documentation
- Coordination, data maintenance and participation in the implementation of a global HR Cloud solutions
- Creation of digital training/training concepts for newly implemented HR systems
- Supporting ongoing HRIS issues by taking on administrative HRIS tasks such as
- Creating presentations
- Preparation of data extracts and documentation
- Core Data maintenance
- Core Data analysis, data quality checks
- User and Access Management
Your skills & strengths:
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Preferably specializing in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Informatics or Data analytics
- Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Power Point & Excel (VBA knowledge will be a plus)
- Be a team player and able to work on your own initiative
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
