Wymagania
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent Polish and English (both written and spoken).
University degree (or currently studying) in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills and interest in trading, forex, and capital markets.
Good command of Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, data handling).
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
Willingness to learn and develop within the Dealing Team.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have but Not Required):
Familiarity with trading platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader)
Knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau, QuickSight
Any prior experience in financial markets, brokerage, or trading.

Your Responsibilities:
Monitor market activity and analyze client trading patterns to optimize risk management.
Assist in managing liquidity and execution, ensuring smooth trading operations.
Support senior dealers in real-time decision-making and market exposure monitoring.
Analyze trade flows and market trends to detect irregular trading patterns.
Collaborate with internal teams on automation and optimization of execution processes.
Work with FIX connections and trading platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader) and risk management systems.
