Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Contact customers regarding the settlement of overdue receivables in different languages (English and German),
Attaching emails in SAP,
Checking if the customer’s orders have been released,
Daily contact with the customers to clear their accounts and solve the problems,
Processing emails on generic mailboxes,
Daily contact with different business areas.
What You Need to Succeed
Fluent German and English (min. B2),
Numerical and analytical skills,
Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines,
Attention to details,
Multitasking,
Good communication skills.
