- Creating and presenting ad-hoc analyses related to specific companies
- Developing financial models to assess investment opportunities
- Analyzing projects and compiling results into reports and presentations
- Working closely with other analysts and investment managers/directors
- Reporting financial and operational results in cooperation with Asset Management
- Participating in the financial planning process (budgeting, forecasting)
- Analyzing monthly results in relation to budget and plans
- Collaborating with external consulting firms and partners
Profil kandydata
- At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate investment or consulting
- Solid knowledge of debt and equity modeling
- Strong analytical abilities and expertise in financial modeling
- Strategic mindset
- Proficiency in delivering presentations
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and adhering to deadlines
