Your responsibilities:
Support in creating and publishing job advertisements
– Assistance in drafting job postings and publishing them on recruitment platforms.Initial candidate screening (CV screening)
– Reviewing applications and identifying candidates who meet basic requirements.Scheduling interviews and candidate communication
– Organizing recruitment meetings, communicating via email/phone.ATS updates and recruitment process documentation
– Entering and organizing candidate data in the applicant tracking system.Learning and collaboration with the recruitment and technical team
– Participating in meetings, learning IT terminology and recruitment processes.
