What You Will Do ✍️
Assist in developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive sales and brand growth
Manage product listings, website updates, and content optimization to enhance the customer experience
Monitor sales performance and key e-commerce metrics, preparing reports and insights for the management team
Ensure smooth integration between Shopify, inventory management systems, and ERP software
Work with the logistics team to oversee order fulfillment, delivery tracking, and customer service improvements
Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO, email campaigns, paid ads, and conversion rate optimization
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper stock levels and demand forecasting
Requirements
Who You Are 👀
1+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail
Hands-on experience with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms is a huge plus
Advanced level of Excel, Google Analytics, and other data tools to track and analyze performance
A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
A great communicator and team player, able to work cross-functionally
Passionate about fashion, digital commerce, and customer experience
