Your responsibilities:
- Assisting Growth Manager and Head of Business Development in running daily marketing operations
- Helping in preparing and conducting various marketing campaigns (mailing campaign, linkedin outreach campaigns, ppc campaigns, events & conferences)
- Using variety of marketing tools (ClickUp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Chat GPT, FigJam
- Searching and collecting data about potential customers on foreign markets using marketing tools (Prospecting)
- Working with CRM (data entry, data care)
- Assistance in configuring and supervising outbound campaigns aimed at acquiring potential customers (Linkedin, email marketing automation)
- Active participation in strategic meetings with the Business Development Team
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in G Suite (especially Google Sheets & Forms)
- Fluent writing and speaking Polish and English
- Openness to new solutions and willingness to learn
- Creativity and resourcefulness in problem-solving
- Eagerness to expand knowledge in the field of marketing
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in Marketing
- Past experience working with Marketing tools
- Completed marketing courses and obtained certificates
