Project Support – Working Student

AS PART OF OUR TEAM, YOU WILL:

• be responsible for supporting projects & project managers

• originating Nokia internal and external sessions

• compiling reports and minutes in a well-structured and easily-to-understand way

• Create and maintain inputs for in-house developed tools supporting documentation creation

• Assist in content digitalization activities

• Collect inputs from various stakeholders

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Active student status at least one year from the time of hire

• Excellent  English language in both writing and speaking

• Open to hybrid work from Wroclaw office

• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Power BI, Outlook and Teams, Flow)

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with various teams

• Ability to cope with tight deadlines

• Attention to detail
