What you’ll be doing
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Maintenance of existing solutions – applications, API, automations
- Development of new solutions – based on needs reported by other teams
- Create and update documentation
- Proactively look for automation opportunities
- Gather solution ideas and requirements with our stakeholders
- Taking part in implementation of new BMC solutions
- Development of Self Service Portal forms and workflows

Your background and skills include:
- Experience in programming(JavaScript, we are using mostly React.js/Node.js or C#)
- Experience in process modelling
- Skilled at daily applications management (diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with apps, responding to JIRA tasks and quickly restoring services, delivering technical consultation to other units, etc.)
- Familiar with ITIL practises and Agile way of working
- Understanding of relational databases
- Skilled at planning and controlling IT operations (defining, creating and ensuring following of standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with policies from Engineering and Cybersecurity, patching, upgrading, etc.)
- Having proficiency in English, spoken and written B2
- Experienced with working for a financial institution
