What are you going to do as an Junior Accountant?
Processing purchase and inventory invoices according to established rules.
Verifying and entering new suppliers into the accounting system.
Checking inventory invoices against accounts and resolving discrepancies with the Purchasing Department.
Monitoring warehouse transactions.
Reconciling business travel expenses.
Monitoring receivables from Polish and international customers – taking preventive and collection actions.
Verifying and reconciling receivables and payables balances, including periodic confirmation processes with suppliers.
Sending company documents.
What do you bring as an Junior Accountant?
A university degree in finance and accounting or completion of a certified accounting course with practical experience.
Experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in Excel.
English language skills at a minimum of B1 level.
Knowledge of MS Dynamics Axapta will be an added advantage.
Willingness to work onsite in the Będzieszyn office (30 minutes by car from Gdańsk) during the probation period (3 months), followed by a hybrid work arrangement (2 days per week remote and 3 days per week onsite).
