Accounts Payable (AP) is responsible for the timely and correct processing of particular accounting transactions according to corporate documentation.
About the role:
Customer Service Specialist entails dealing with customers' inquiries and providing a high quality of internal customer service. While reporting to AP Team leader, in this role you will also support local teams in accounting activities.
What are your responsibilities?
Providing high quality of customer service
Developing and maintaining good relationships with Suppliers and Local Business Units
Monitoring process performance related KPIs and metrics to identify potential opportunities for improvements
Reconciling supplier statements and accounts
Preparing data, reports and constantly looking for process improvements and effectiveness increase
What makes you a good fit for this role?
Good command of English (at least B2)
1-2 years of commercial professional experience preferably in comparable position and industry would be an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work within tight operational deadlines and handle a number of tasks and priorities
