As PepsiCo globally accelerates its digital journey, new roles are emerging in Consumer Digitalisation. The importance of digital roles and their impact on the business are increasing year by year due to shifts in consumer behaviour. Leveraging digital capabilities and ensuring digital creative excellence becomes much more important for FMCG companies to create effective and cost efficient consumer engagement models, ensure sustainable future growth and competitiveness.
For this reason, we have created a new implementation role to deploy and maintain a Consumer Engagement Platform that will allow us to enhance data quality and become more human-centred across all campaigns in Europe.
In this role, you will be working closely with Marketing Teams, Media Agencies, Media Insights and Key Media Partners. This role will collaborate extensively in order to implement first-party data collection, co-create media strategy based on our customers' behavior and track the effectiveness of B2C campaigns based on personalized offers. It will also be necessary to work with the sector to build loyalty programs with our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Build and execute the plan to drive first-party data acquisition according to global targets by owning KPI’s and the deliverables of MarTech ecosystem.
- Orchestrate the usage of marketing technology platforms and tools to streamline and optimize the marketing process.
- Collect and transfer business requests into functional tasks for platform updates, as well as leading and tracking the process for promotional campaigns.
- Ensure the accuracy of all data and campaigns connected to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Create and manage customer segments for personalized marketing campaigns and product recommendations.
- Drive consumer data and engagement by continuously improving marketing campaigns through A/B testing, data-driven decision-making, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure that marketing technology platforms are integrated with other systems and databases to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure all data-driven campaigns follow GDPR and regional Data Privacy standards.
- Generate and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing technology vendors and service providers to ensure the company's technology needs are met to the required quality.
Qualifications:
- A Digital and FMCG/Retail background with good knowledge of omni-channel marketing process & technology
- Product ownership experience with a proven track record of delivering successful products
- Experience in managing a team and cross-functional collaboration
- Expertise in creating targeted content that resonates with diverse audiences
- Proficiency in CDP, DMP platforms (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Skills in collecting and utilizing first-party data to drive campaign success
- Experience in leveraging analytics data and transactional data for digital marketing
- Knowledge of different Marketing automation capabilities such as Salesforce Email Studio, Adobe Experience Platform, Cheetah Experiences, Google DV360, Monday.com, Bynder & Sprinklr would be a benefit
- Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills, managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders at all levels
