We are looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing, public relations, and event organization efforts. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance PropertyTalents' brand presence while spearheading key initiatives, including our renowned BE Mixer events. Marketing Specialist /Warsaw - based/
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Marketing & Organization: Plan, coordinate, and promote PropertyTalents’ signature events, such as BE Mixer networking sessions, webinars, and other industry gatherings. Ensure seamless execution and engage with stakeholders to maximize participation and impact.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract clients, and engage candidates across the European Built Environment sector.
- Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, draft press releases, and manage PR campaigns that position PropertyTalents as a thought leader in Real Estate and Construction.
- Content Creation: Create compelling content for brochures, email campaigns, website updates, and social media platforms to promote our services, events, and achievements.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the development of creative social media strategies, manage accounts, and grow engagement with targeted audiences.
- Collaborations & Partnerships: Identify and nurture relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and associations to enhance event participation and brand credibility.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Proven track record in marketing, PR, and event management, ideally within professional services, recruitment, or the built environment sectors.
- Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills - Expertise in content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, or similar) - Familiarity with event planning and CRM tools is a plus.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional proficiency in European languages (e.g., German, Italian, Spanish, or Polish) is a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, creativity, and adaptability. A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently is essential.
