Position Description
- Order processing using SAP software.
- Positive customer relations via phone, email, and chat within the SFDC System.
- Positive relations with business partners and other departments.
- Invoice accuracy and discrepancy correction in SAP and e-invoicing systems.
- Returns and complaints handling.
- Customer database management to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Position Requirements
- Readiness to work under civil contract for the period of 12 months.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Good command of English (at least B2/C1 level) written and spoken.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system will be an asset.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system will be a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS Office package.
- Customer centric approach.
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
