Position Description
Generate and qualify sales leads through phone calls, including outreach to new, inactive, or marketing-engaged contacts.
Clarify customer needs, provide information, and communicate requests internally and externally.
Meet or exceed quarterly targets while increasing product awareness and market reach.
Collaborate with Campaign Managers and Sales Teams to optimize lead conversion and plan future marketing activities.
Maintain and update customer data in Salesforce and gather market intelligence from customer feedback.
Support exhibitions, seminars, and global projects by handling materials, attendee documentation, and inquiries.
Position Requirements
Excellent knowledge of English.
Readiness to work on a civil contract (25-40 hours per week).
Willingness to work flexible hours (occasionally up to 10pm) depending on business clients and their time zones.
Sales/Tele sales experience will be a benefit.
Strong communicational skills, polite and business professional etiquette.
Highly organized and service-oriented way of working.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with local and internationally based project team members.
Very good knowledge in MS Office applications preferred.
