Currently, we are looking for:
Talent Acquisition Administrator - 2nd Shift (15:00-23:00)
Your Impact:
Provide administrative support for the recruitment process, such as: scheduling interviews, updating the applicant tracking system, monitoring background checks, booking travels for candidates and coordinating high volume recruitment
Provide excellent service – work with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to give candidates a first-class experience
Monitor processes and suggest continuous-improvement actions for faster, more accurate hiring cycles
What You Bring:
Fluent English, written and spoken, with a professional phone manner
Ability to work 2nd shift pattern: 3 p.m. – 11 p.m. (Mon–Fri)- please apply only if this schedule suits you.
Experience in a busy corporate, HR, or customer-service environment (recruitment exposure is a plus)
Continuous improvement mindset and a real can-do attitude
Strong accuracy, organization, and multitasking skills - you thrive on high volumes and tight deadlines
Solid command of Microsoft Office and experience with learning new HR systems
A customer-focused mindset and the confidence to work both independently and in a team
