RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hold role of the Business Partner for Finance for the Board and Key Stakeholders.
Support in preparing necessary consolidated and non-consolidated financial reports for the board and stakeholders.
Perform variance analysis and explain financial results.
Collaborate with external auditors.
Conduct financial analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and problem areas.
Support in the analysis and oversight of various aspects of the company’s financial management, including bank loans, bonds, and other financial instruments.
Actively participate in the Group’s budgeting process.
Control the implementation of the budget and analyze variances for individual cost and revenue items.
Participate in the period-end closing process and ensure data accuracy.
Replacement contract (2 years) with the possibility of further development within the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Very good command of English (minimum B2) in both speaking and writing
Minimum one year of experience in financial controlling and/or auditing (experience gained in a BIG4 company is a plus)
Comprehensive knowledge of financial principles and accounting (PAS and/or IFRS)
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Accuracy, reliability, and responsibility for assigned tasks
Independence and good organizational skills
