ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our Data Science team solves complex problems with smart, practical solutions. Data Scientists and Analysts work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut. They do this by delivering smart, scalable solutions that move the business forward.
ABOUT THE REV-CELERATOR GRADUATE PROGRAMME:
If you’re a recent graduate ready to make an impact, this one's for you.
The Rev-celerator Graduate Programme is a 12-month bootcamp where you’ll dive deep into the world of data at Revolut. We’ll kick things off with a mix of workshops, lectures, and practical exercises designed to level up your skills — fast.
Then, you’ll join the team for real, hands-on experience working on high-impact projects. You’ll gain exposure across analytics engineering, product analytics, data science, and machine learning engineering to help you explore what you’re best at (and what excites you most).
We’re looking for Data Scientists and Analysts who believe no data task is too complex. You’ll dig into our databases, uncover root causes, design smart solutions, and write the code to bring them to life. Along the way, you’ll never stop learning, picking up new skills, and delivering impact.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Taking part in a hands-on bootcamp and getting exposure to real projects across multiple teams
Building analytical tools and machine learning models (like dashboards and ETLs) to support new product launches
Improving visibility in user sign-up flows and operational funnels
Enhancing and maintaining data infrastructure (including ETLs and LookML) to make data accessible and reliable
Collaborating with teams across Operations, Growth, and Product to refine features and uncover insights
Supporting decision-making with ad-hoc analysis (e.g., interest rate sensitivity, incentive profitability, conversion rates)
Learning from industry leaders and participating in weekly meetings to stay aligned with team priorities
Managing project tasks, tracking progress, and communicating key outcomes
Sharing updates about your work with our diverse global teams
Attending regular performance reviews to receive feedback and guide your development
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
A 2:1 predicted or achieved grade (or above)
To have graduated university in 2024, 2025, or 2026
University studies in computer science, maths, physics, or a similar field
Great Python and SQL skills
An interest or experience in analytics engineering, product analytics, data science, or ML engineering
A solid foundation in maths and statistics
A proactive, results-driven mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
To be a clear communicator who’s organised and open to pushing past limits
To be comfortable in fast-paced, diverse team environments
Fluency in English
Full-time availability from September 2026 and the ability to travel to a local Revolut office (this is a hybrid opportunity)
