ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.
We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager Graduate to support cross-regional initiatives and help ensure we scale responsibly while meeting regulatory obligations. You’ll partner with senior managers and gain global compliance exposure.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Preparing metrics and materials for compliance forums and committees
Partnering with senior compliance managers to review risk issues and incidents
Supporting compliance initiatives across multiple regions to enable global growth
Assisting in building and maintaining the Group Compliance Monitoring Plan
Managing project tasks, tracking progress, and communicating key outcomes to stakeholders
Contributing to team roadmaps and planning activities
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
To have graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026
A predicted or achieved 2:1 grade (or equivalent)
Impressive analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment
A passion for technology, innovation, and solving complex problems
Full-time availability for 12 months from September 2026
Nice to have:
Experience with data analysis or internal tools (e.g., Looker, Jira, Confluence)
Experience in financial services or compliance
