WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As an Intern, Associate AP/AR at Finance Department you will support the Local AP/AR TEAM in daily operations
This role requires a profile with good organizational abilities, attention to detail, process focus and basic financial knowledge.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support local AP/AR team in daily tasks.
Ensuring the invoicing process is well monitored.
Verification of transport documents (CMR) according to customer guidelines
Downloading transport documents from the company's operating system
Uploading appropriate transport documents to the customer's system
Assigning order information to sent documents; cooperation with other team members in verifying the correctness of sent documents, solving problems and
Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (internal and external)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Students/ Batchelor Graduates of Accounting/ Finance / Controlling - Student status required
Strong doer mindset with a proactive approach to getting things done
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Good proficiency in English; another language is a plus but not required
Good proficiency in Polish, min. B2 level
