We are looking for ambitious persons to join our warehouse operations team. If you’re ready to lead, learn fast, and grow with us – this is your opportunity.
Your role:
Support daily warehouse operations (safety, quality, productivity, cost)
Solve real-time problems and coordinate across teams
Help implement Lean & 6S improvements
Manage resources and support team leaders
Build a positive team culture
You fit if you have:
Bachelor’s degree
Proficiency in Polish
English – advanced level (B2/C1)
Basic knowledge of Lean / Kaizen / 6S (nice to have)
Excel, Word, PPT skills
Availability to work in a shift system (day/night)
Leadership potential – we’ll train the rest!
