About the team
EMEA & APAC Sourcing Team is a team of multilingual Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialists who support EMEA & APAC TA Specialists and Hiring Managers in these regions. The team was established in 2020 as part of a new in-house Talent Acquisition model. EMEA Sourcing Hub is located in Poland (Wroclaw).
About the role
This is a great opportunity to join a team of recruitment professionals and be a part of the EMEA Sourcing Hub. The role is based in Poland (Wroclaw), but there is a possibility of working in a hybrid model. As the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will support the EMEA region depending on the business priorities. You will work on the hiring process for a range of roles across the business, such as Sales, HR, Finance, and IT roles.
The role will require proactively identifying candidates through different sourcing techniques, mainly LinkedIn as well as developing proactive recruitment marketing activities, building robust candidate pipelines, conducting phone screens, and sending job alerts and newsletters.
You will have access to cutting-edge recruitment tools & technology like Beamery, HireVue and Recruiter LinkedIn Account.
If you are interested in working in a recruitment team and you do not have a lot of experience in this field, but you are ready to learn, we will teach you.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates through a variety of channels, including direct sourcing (LinkedIn), internal database (Workday, Beamery), networking, social media, etc.
Run the initial hiring stages, including phone screens, and shortlisting candidates.
Work closely with TA Specialists and Hiring Managers to ensure a clear understanding of skillsets, requirements and experience needed for identified roles.
Develop innovative attraction strategies, including identification of new sourcing channels, as well as share best practices and industry and market intelligence data to support the TA team.

Minimum requirements
BSc degree (or student status with flexible hours schedule)
Fluent English and German on min B2 level
Strong candidate and customer focus
Strong oral and written communication skills
Innovative thinking and excellent organizational skills
Preferred requirements:
Work experience as a Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist from RPO, onsite, recruitment agency or HR background.
Familiarity with recruiting strategies, including sourcing, screening and interviewing methods
Experience in using professional social networks (LinkedIn)
