IF YOU ARE:
Experienced with at least 1 year on the ServiceNow platform
Certified in ServiceNow as a CSA or CAD
Proficient in configuring and supporting ITSM and CSM applications
Skilled in developing ServiceNow components, including Workflows, Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI/Data Policies, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs
AND YOU WANT TO:
Assist in configuring application workflows and conducting component and integration testing within ServiceNow
Collaborate on modifying existing workflows or creating new configurations to enhance operational efficiency
Work on troubleshooting, testing, and debugging ServiceNow configurations, escalating issues to senior team members as needed
Contribute to customer demonstrations and assist in preparing materials for pre-sales activities and presentations
