We are looking for a promising, ambitious student ready to boost their business and operational skills in the role of Junior Business Analyst. You will closely collaborate with the Account Management team, who serve as business partners in the payments industry for our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze sales performance (Cross-sell/Up-sell), develop metrics, build reports, and provide recommendations to optimize team processes;
Communicate with clients, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services;
Create presentations, prepare documents, and organize meetings.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
You have a bachelor’s/master’s degree or are currently studying at a university;
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher;
Participation in programs like FLEX, Erasmus, or CFA Research Challenge is a plus;
Strong analytical and communication skills;
High level of responsibility and a results-driven mindset.
