Currently, we are currently looking for a proactive and driven Junior Operational Analytics Specialist to dive into Solidgate's internal processes for Chargeback Prevention.
YOUR TASKS WILL BE:
connecting, testing, and monitoring the operation of chargeback prevention services;
work with the database;
active interaction with other teams: Analytics, Sales, and Account Management;
processing analytical requests from our clients.
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US:
you are studying in a field related to analytics/programming/math;
you know SQL and Excel at an advanced level;
have advanced analytical skills and a willingness to solve problems;
know how to build effective communication;
English - Upper-Intermediate (B2) and higher;
Will be an advantage:
you have experience with Tableau and databases.
