Pełny opis

The primary responsibility of the Staffing Team is to strategically assign professionals to projects that best align with their skills and expertise. We ensure a seamless match between client needs, project goals, and employee preferences. We’re a group of 10, working closely with project management and the board. We take pride in our teamwork, ensuring smooth coordination between departments to achieve the company’s goals.

Your responsibilities

  • Be a part of the team that supports E2E project delivery

  • Collaborate closely with other internal teams: Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, and with project managers

  • Ensure proper quality of data about our sales opportunities, employees and projects

  • Maintain and oversee sales and project documentation

  • Define, optimise and automate internal processes

  • Manage organisational changes

  • Deliver reports and presentations for the Management Board

  • Provide support for company’s IT systems users

  • Cooperate with the Internal Systems team to define and test new features

Our requirements

  • A degree in Project Management, Economics, Business Administration or a related field

  • At least 1 year of experience in PMO or b2b sales administration in an international organisation

  • Full professional proficiency in English and Polish

  • Familiarity with IT terminology and software development process

  • Analytical skills

  • Top-notch computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)

  • Ability to communicate effectively, organise your own work and manage priorities in a dynamic work environment

  • Know portfolio management systems or MS PowerBI
