Fullstack Software Engineer (junior)

Requirements:

• Junior-level commercial experience in software development (> 6 months)

• Familiarity with at least one of the following technology ecosystems:

  • Java 17+ with Spring / Spring Boot

  • C# with .NET / ASP.NET Core

  • TypeScript with Node.js

• Understanding of HTTP protocol

• Basic knowledge of REST API design

• Knowledge of programming principles and design patterns

• Experience with unit and/or integration testing

• Working knowledge of SQL databases

• Strong English and Polish communication skills (B2+), both written and verbal. You'll be working directly with international clients and cross-functional teams, so clear communication is essential.

Nice to have:

• Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow

• Basic understanding of asynchronous communication and messaging systems (e.g. RabbitMQ, Kafka, or cloud-native solutions)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Familiarity with Docker and containerised applications

• Exposure to Kubernetes

• Experience with NoSQL databases

• CI/CD pipelines knowledge

• Discover, design, and implement technical solutions across the full development lifecycle

• Implement new features from requirements through to production deployment

• Tackle real software engineering challenges, including system integrations, performance optimization, and working with industry-specific protocols

• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing

• Grow into a versatile software engineering consultant with deep domain expertise in energy and electromobility
